Sizing details

I am happy to resize any item listed on our store, as long as it is in a sizable range and does not compromise the integrity of the item. Please contact me for any sizing requests, as there may be a small fee for certain items to be resized.

Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return and exchange policy applies 21 days upon the receipt of the item/s. 

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Custom-made, resized, polished or otherwise altered items cannot be returned. Please contact me at marena@jewelsbymarena.com for further questions.

Shipping

I will send your item out via FedEx express mail with a signature required unless discussed otherwise. If you have an item being shipped somewhere that cannot provide a signature, i.e. a PO Box, please be sure to message me before placing the order. Items in stock will be shipped within 3-5 days unless alterations must be made to the item. If this is the case, please allow up to 10 business days for the item to ship. Custom made items will ship in 5 weeks from the time of design approval. For faster shipping, please contact marena@jewelsbymarena.com.

Custom

One of the best parts of my job is being your personal gemstone hunter. With the connections I have I will find you the best quality gemstone/s for your budget and help guide you with the design. If you have certain requirements for the metal, please let me know. We are able to design with all fine metals, such as Gold, White Gold, Platinum, and Silver. Custom projects will take a fair amount of time to craft. Please allow up to 5 weeks from the approval of your design for the item to be finished and shipped to you.
